Scott Kushner | Founder
Scott has more than 25 years of experience working in most areas of IT including network engineering, systems analysis, database programming and process reengineering. For the past 14 years, he has focused on the middle market with a strong emphasis on IT management. His vertical industry experience spans manufacturing, engineering, construction, utilities, accounting, insurance, Internet B2B and various other service businesses. Scott has an Engineering degree from Stevens Institute, with graduate studies at Temple University Fox School of Business. He is a certified IT Financial Controller from ITFMA and ITIL Service Manager from ITSMF.
In the area of IT financial management, Scott has done substantial spend analysis, including setting up IT service allocations methods for a major sports & entertainment center, establishing a centralized IT service group for an international chemical manufacturer servicing 50 locations across North America and implementing a sophisticated activity-based-costing & chargeback system for an international insurance company providing $200M in annual shared IT services.
Nigel Blower | Chief Operations Officer
Nigel is an experienced project and program manager, with a track record in delivering complex IT projects on time and to budget. He has performed extensive process re-engineering, with a track record in delivering process improvements which drop directly to the bottom line. He is an accomplished IT consultant, with subject matter expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and associated infrastructure, organization, and processes (including outsourcing). His functional expertise includes program and project management, IT organization & processes, ERP selection, planning, implementation and operation, engineering and maintenance. His industry experience include Forest Products, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Utilities.
Tony Wojciechowski | Business Development Executive
As a seasoned business executive, Mr. Wojciechowski has worked with commercial, higher education and government organizations to improve their understanding, adoption and use of technology. His career includes substantial time as an Information Technology professional as well as a Sales and Marketing Leader. His experience spans a wide array of industries including financial services, manufacturing, higher education, utilities, refining, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and insurance.
He focuses on identifying technology-centered business solutions that are directly related to achieving stated business goals and objectives. He has worked with many organizations over the past 25 years and has developed a broad knowledge of organizational functions including marketing, sales, manufacturing, finance, accounting, legal, administration and IT. His client projects have included a diverse collection of business solutions focused on strategies for using information to gain a competitive advantage. They include Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Software Development, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure Management, eCommerce, Enterprise Architecture, HR and Financial Systems, Student Administration and IT Business Process Improvement.
Chris Larsen, PMP | Principal
Over 20 years of information technology experience to the management of information technology project lifecycles. He has managed projects and programs for scores of large- and small-scale IT projects for companies in financial services, health care, retail, telecommunications, manufacturing, and mass media. He has also set up and consulted with project management offices (PMOs) in a variety of shared-services and IT organizations, providing guidance in methodology, performance management, team leadership, communications, and change management.
Building on his extensive software development and business intelligence experience, Chris has also provided business systems analysis to Fortune 500 companies, focusing on business-driven technology architecture, extensive process and data modeling, technical excellence, and quality customer interaction.
Daniel D. Gale | Principal
Dan has more than 15 years experience in IT management, international program and project management, and business systems and infrastructure analysis and implementation. He has built an accomplished record of working with senior business leaders and IT organizations in managing project portfolios and using demand management methodologies to track and prioritize new and existing initiatives. He also has extensive experience with program and project management, and the design and establishment of an IT organization and IT processes based on industry standards (ITIL).
Dan's experience includes a role as Director of IT at a global consumer products and technology company. His program management experience includes the leadership of multi-year global program to consolidate HR systems in 78 countries to a single SAP platform based on mySAP 2005. He has led the planning and controlling of multiple ERP implementations, including a global program for migration of legacy ERP systems to SAP on a single North American-wide platform. He has also managed infrastructural projects, including WAN implementations and consolidations, VPN and remote access provision, network management, and more.
Ben Freedman | Principal
Ben is an experienced 20-year veteran in the Information Technology industry specializing in Workflow design, IT architecture, Data Center strategy and migrations, Disaster Recovery strategy, and business integration assessment.
Previously, he was the Vice President, Technology, of Serco and was responsible for developing strategic IT planning for North America, and part of the global Technology Board, envisioning and implementing long term technical direction for a multibillion dollar international corporation. He was responsible for design, development, and implementation management of customer technology integration with Serco systems and processes, including the standup of the largest Whole Agency Outsourcing public/private partnership to date in Canada. He also had budgetary and management responsibility of Serco’s North American Technology initiatives and staff. Mr. Freedman was also a member of the Serco Global Acquisition team, responsible for technical due diligence for large corporate acquisitions. Post acquisition he led the workflow and process integration teams for Information Technology, Finance, and Human Resources.
Ben has a varied and diverse work history dedicated to delivering business technology solutions focused on improving efficiency via effective integration business processes. His 20-plus-year career includes positions ranging from software developer, to owner of a Systems Development and Infrastructure Architecture consulting practice, to Director of IT Architecture for Day and Zimmermann.
Past initiatives under his leadership include the assessment, design, and implementation of large scale security and messaging platforms, ERP environments, Voice over IP telephony, and implementation of systems and processes required by regulatory agencies. Ben’s career focus is solving real world business problems by delivering solutions that show measurable financial and operational value.
