All of our associates have deep skills in one or more areas of IT management. We expect that these skills can be demonstrated by a track record of delivering successful change programs for, or within, IT organizations; our associates typically have at least 10 years industry experience. - Methodology
Associates should have an understanding and appreciation of industry standard methodologies for their area of expertise; for example ITIL or PMI. - Consulting experience
Many of our associates have prior experience working with a consulting organization. We expect that associates will understand the nature of the consulting work style, including the ability to serve multiple clients in any given period; to be comfortable documenting and presenting findings, to define and lead the work approach and to be flexible enough to adopt different work styles at different clients.

We do not limit our work to any industry grouping or segment and currently have clients in Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Publishing, Chemicals and Entertainment industries. Our work with these clients ranges from strategic IT planning to operations management. - Work/life balance
All of our work is targeted to the Delaware Valley, and generally we do not expect our associates to travel overnight to client sites. There are occasional exceptions but as a rule all our travel is by car rather then by plane. - Benefits
Although we are a small company, we have a full-size benefits package which includes a 401(k) plan, health insurance and paid time off for holidays, vacation, jury service and illness. We encourage our associates to get the appropriate certifications for their work assignments and will pay for professional development training.
