Without quality, the other values will not matter. This commitment to quality is at the forefront of all we do. Competence and professionalism are qualities that we look for in our recruiting process and characteristics our team embodies every day. Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of our assignments are the hallmark or our work.

Ethics

“Doing the right thing for our clients” is a value we expect from each of our associates. At the core of this is moral grounding and a strong respect for the people and organizations we work with. This environment is something that our clients and associates deserve and we strive to provide that environment every day. We are “in the consulting business, not in the business of consulting” - we are focused on delivering value and results - not the next billable hour.

Candor

In the consulting world, saying what needs to be said is not always an easy task. At IT Evolution it is seen as an important component to our overall client relationship. If we cannot communicate directly in an effort to advise our clients as to the proper path forward, we cannot achieve the results that our clients expect in the timeframe that is expected. Plain talk- keeping the jargon to minimum- ensures understanding and clarity.

Creativity

The ability to find solutions that are right for our customers is, at its core, a combination of critical thinking and problem-solving. The ability to analyze all factors of a situation - technical, operational, financial, and political - and get to the root of the issue is a key factor in clearly understanding our clients’ needs. That baseline provides the foundation upon which problem solving skills can produce a path forward that is both attainable and valuable.

Humility

First we listen. If we are only talking, we cannot expect to hear what other are saying. No consultant has absolutely all of the answers. If we do not know something we will say so. A great consultant knows how to take ownership of the issue and go find the solution.
